Collaborating Fertility Centers

SPAR collaborates with nearly 100 fertility centers worldwide to assist couples where the sperm donor is HIV-infected and the female embryo recipient is not. The goal is to provide fertility treatment options close to home.

During the initial consultation, SPAR staff will help identify suitable centers or advise on approaching your preferred doctor. Due to the program’s sensitive nature, the names of collaborating clinics and surrogacy agencies are kept confidential until formal program entry.

You are welcome to speak with any local infertility clinic or reproductive endocrinologist to ask for help. We are happy to work with anyone in your area. When reaching out to clinics or reproductive endocrinologists directly, patients are encouraged to discuss confidentiality concerns about their HIV status early on. Both patients and clinics may contact the Foundation directly, with stringent confidentiality maintained throughout.

Contact the Foundation (email, fax and phone info below), with the name of the referring physician and/or clinic. Alternatively, the clinical coordinator or physician may contact the Foundation directly. Client and clinic confidentiality are strictly observed.
