The goal of the consultation is to review each potential patient’s circumstances, risks, treatment options, and answer any questions. Ann Kiessling, PhD has more than 30 years experience running SPAR and will be your advocate with fertility clinics and physicians, as needed for your personal circumstances, throughout your family planning goals.

Our fees have been established as the minimum needed for us to cover the costs of offering these specialized services. SPAR is not for profit and this program, as well as our research, is supported by donations.

We take privacy seriously. All conversations are confidential and secure by using only HIPAA-compliant platforms. During your consultation with Dr. Kiessling, additional privacy measures can be discussed, if needed.
